What are your payment methods and settlement processes？

We adopt industry-standard payment processes to protect both parties. A sample fee is required before pattern making (which is fully deductible for bulk orders over 500 pieces). A 50% deposit is required before bulk production begins. The remaining 50% balance is settled before shipment, only after production is completed and you have approved the goods via video inspection or a third-party agency (like SGS).
